Online Yoga & Mindfulness (Grades 5-12+)
While everyone could benefit from some stretching, balancing and meditation, actors use these techniques often when preparing for a performance. In this class, students will use yoga practices, mindfulness exercises and dream journaling to achieve an inner calm. Modifications will be given so people at all experience levels can participate.
Class size is limited to 20 students.
